Shipments

Shipping companies:

  • European Union: Shipments are made via FEDEX.
  • All of Spain: Shipments are made via Envialia.

Shipping costs:

  • European Union: Up to 2.5kg, from €12.50
  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): From €5 to €9.
  • Rest of the world: Consult costs at info@benestarmenorca.com
  • For orders greater than €100, shipping costs are free within Spain.

Shipping times

European Union: Shipments takes between 5 and 14 days.

Spain and Portugal: Shipments takes between 4 and 8 days (6 days average). If you are not home at the time of delivery (Envialia), a delivery notice will be left or you may be contacted at your contact telephone number that you provided so as to arrange delivery.

Shipments are not made on weekends and holidays.

Returns and exchanges

Exchanges or returns on your order can be made within 14 business days from the date of delivery of you order. (According to article 44 of Law 7/1995, from the 15th of January for Retail Commerce Planning modified by Law 47/2002, from the 19th of December).
